REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds on services rendered. If you are unhappy with a service, please inform your service provider. If there is an opportunity for correction, we will gladly accommodate you.

 

 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.

 

PRICES/PROMOTIONS

We love to express our appreciation for our clients through occasional promotions. However, special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically honor the discount of greater value. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time to adjust to changes in the economy.

            Service packages and pre-paid treatments (except Laser Hair Removal) must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase, or they will expire. Laser Hair Removal packages must be used within 24 months of date of purchase, or they will expire.

 

TREATMENT OUTCOMES

We value all our clients, and we are committed to helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals. We ask that you keep in mind that aesthetics is not an exact science and understand that patient outcomes vary from person to person. We conduct consultations on most of our services to discuss the client’s goals and expectations and will provide you with a gentle reminder that outcomes vary. We do not provide refunds for any services rendered. However, if you are unhappy with a service, we want to know. If there is a reasonable resolution, we are happy to accommodate you.

 

GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES

Gift cards are not returnable nor redeemable for cash. Gift cards may not be used for gratuities. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Personal Belongings are the full responsibility of the guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. Titanium Medspa is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged items.

We may use your information to reach out to you regarding why you contacted us or for other reasons related to an appointment with us. We do not participate in any third party sharing of information outside of our organization, other than as necessary. An example of necessary sharing would be the use of your address to ship an order to you. We may reach out to you via email regarding promotions or new services that we are offering. You may opt out of email marketing at any time.

The computers/servers in which we store personal protected information are locked and are kept in a secure environment. We are HIPAA compliant. We will only collect the minimal information necessary to accommodate you during as our client. Only employees who need the information to perform duties of their job (i.e. service provider, billing, reception) are granted access to personal protected information.
